Due to the recent developments of Covid-19, we decided to protect the safety of the employees with a new working activity schedule that can preserve the business operations as well.

The office staff, starting from Tuesday, 11th January, will work alternatively from home and in the office.
 For meetings, we kindly ask you to contact our telephone nb +39 019 935321 in order to arrange an appointment.

Those who do not have the opportunity to come to the Marina can arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment. We will send you a link to connect with our staff via Google Meet comfortably from your PC, smartphone, or tablet.

JULY 2021 – COVID 2019 – INFORMATION FOR TRAVELLERS

During these weeks of emergency, we have worked to make our Marina an even safer place: our priority since ever. Daily sanitization protocols have been adopted for all environments, especially the public ones, and for access regulations in order to avoid gatherings.

To protect all of you and the Marina staff, in order to contain the risk of contagion from COVID-19, some rules also apply for access to our offices.

You will find all the useful information summarized in infographics, both on our website, to be downloaded in this page, and placed in various points of the Marina.

Sure we can rely on your collaboration, we invite you to always follow the indications of the Italian Central Government as to travel restrictions and to pay special attention also to the various regional and municipal ordinances.

Is the Marina open?

Yes, the Marina is open.

Are the Marina offices open?

The offices are open to the public from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Access is regulated in order to limit the risk of COVID-19 contagion. For meetings relating to contractual issues, it will, therefore, be necessary to make an appointment.

Is the office staff operational?

Yes, the office staff is always operational. The office operates in presence or smart working.

Is the dockside staff operational?

Yes, the dockside staff is always on duty. Checks and mooring assistance are carried out as usual.

Can I access the Marina?

Access to the port is free and everyone is allowed.

Is it possible to use the slipway chute?

Yes, it is.

Are there any rules to follow, in particular on piers?

Yes, inside the Port there are some rules to follow to limit the spread of the virus. Find the guidelines in the dedicated infographic downloadable on this page.

I would like to ask for info concerning contractual issues. How can I do it?

For meetings relating to contractual issues, an appointment has to be made by calling +39 019 935 321. Those who do not have the opportunity to come to the Marina due to the limitations foreseen in the current DPCM and regional and municipal ordinances can arrange a ‘virtual’ appointment. We will send you a link for connection with our staff via Google Meet comfortably from your PC, smartphone, or tablet.

What precautions should I take to moor?

It is necessary to wear a mask and, possibly, gloves.
